Last year several rounds were delayed by the late playing of games, and indeed one competition has still not been completed. This year we must make sure we stick to the schedule and all rounds must be completed by the due date. So start early!

It is the responsibility of the first named player for each game to contact their opponent to arrange a game, which must be done at least a month before the due date.  If the game has not been played by then, and the players cannot agree to whom it should be awarded, I will decide, to allow the competition to proceed in a timely manner.

For the Spa, Lustau, and Golf High Bisquers, the blocks must be completed by 1st September.  For the Hunter Plate the deadline for blocks is 1st August to allow semi-finals to be played.

Denis Cruse is organising the Fraser Tankard Tuesday evening teams this year and arrangements for this will be notified soon.
