Introduction to AC for GC players
22nd May 2023 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm
Especially for those players who’ve been playing GC but want to understand how to play AC.
This one afternoon course will be part theory and part practice and will cover
- making breaks (different types of two ball shots)
- what to do at the end of a break
- starting a break
- how to play when it’s your turn (and a break isn’t possible)
- starting the game
- finishing
- handicaps (using bisques)
Additional sessions will be scheduled if there’s enough demand.
You may wish to follow this course up with the Croquet Academy’s AC Supervised High Bisque Tournament.
The course is free to Royal Tunbridge Wells members.
