SECF GC Handicap League v Bromley – lost 3:6

First defeat in the Handicap league

Our team of Jeff Chapman, Richard Crews, David Pratt and Derek Owens sadly failed to make it 4 wins out of 4 in the SECF Golf Croquet Handicap league, losing our last scheduled league game at home to Bromley A by 3 games to 6 .

Our points came from singles wins for Richard and David and a doubles win for Richard and Derek. Several of the other games were closely-contested, in a hard fought match, but the Bromley players proved stronger on the day.
