First games after Spring maintenance

10 players turned up for a One Ball after our spring maintenance, which is a goodly number. The lawns were much faster than usual at this time of year, so that augurs well for the rest of season. There is some slight bumpiness, but I’m sure that will be sorted out over time.

Unfortunately, the foxes have been digging again on lawn 3 in the hoop holes, so Chris has had to reset a couple of hoops in new positions. This means that it probably not quite suitable for AC play, but should be OK for GC.

So use lawn 3 first if you’re playing GC.

There are no lines, but I’m sure that will be sorted out for Opening Day, when we’ll set the hoops into their official positions.
