New Booking System now online

By popular demand we are launching a system for booking lawns at RTWCC. It will be live from today. The system is provided free of charge by its developer and is in use in many other clubs, including Surbiton, Sussex County, Compton, Bromley and Canterbury.

Our site has been configured and tested by the committee over the last couple of weeks and we have compiled a user guide which is attached. There is a dedicated page on the website giving links to both the system and the guide.

There will inevitably be some issues raised initially, so please let me know of any. All events e.g. private bookings, matches, club sessions have already been loaded and I will copy all the recent bookings made on the WhatsApp group to the new system and keep an eye open for any that continue to be made in that way. If you have booked a lawn via WhatsApp please check this is correct in the new system (it will also show which lawn has been allocated to you).

We have developed some booking rules which have been discussed in detail by the officers and committee. They can be found on page 3 of the guide and on the web page.

We hope that this will resolve the recent issues we have experienced over access to the lawns.
