SECF A league v Woking – won 5:2

On the hottest day of the year we hosted Woking for our second A league match of the season.

We were pretty evenly matched on handicap, with only Philip being significantly outmatched. So it was pleasing when we won the morning games 2:1 and even more pleasing when we won the afternoon ones 3:1. Sadly Phil provided our only losses, albeit narrowly in those of them. It was also pleasing to see John have a handicap reduction also.

An enjoyable day despite the heat.
